About Me
Hello!
I am so glad you are here.
I grew up on a small farm in rural Idaho with my five siblings. There I learned the importance of work and a love for life. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, spending time in nature, researching random things, athletics, and having dance parties with my husband and three young children.
Growing up, I was privileged to observe in-home speech therapy services provided to my younger brother. This ignited my passion to provide client and family centered care in a fun and positive environment.
Specializing in myofunctional therapy has been a personal journey. I lived with the constant headaches, jaw pain, and fatigue that come with a myofunctional disorder. Then, as a mom, I saw struggles in my own children--poor latching, mouth breathing, restless sleep, tongue ties, thumb sucking, and more. I understand the difficulty of wanting to help your child, but not knowing where to find reliable answers.
My life experiences lit a fire in me to learn everything I could. Today, I combine my expertise with that lived understanding to help you breathe easier, sleep better, and thrive for life.
It would be my pleasure to help you.
